So it looks like my last blog got lost in cyberspace, ah well.

Great news! As of Tuesday May 10th we are official with the health department. Yay! That means you will be able to find our product in more places, ah the healthy yummies for ya!

We are putting some finishing touches on our distributor's packet and will be rolling very soon. In the meantime find us at both Nampa and Caldwell Farmer's Markets. Caldwell begins this Wednesday May 18th off of blaine street, 4-8pm. Nampa is already in progress Saturday mornings 9am-1pm.

Come by and share your bright and shining smiles with us!

This blog was LOST in Cyberspace...

Recently I experienced an emotionally traumatic experience and am healing fine from it. This experience is alerting me to take a break and savor myself for graduation ceremony. So this blog is on hiatus until after May 15th 2010. Not too long now. I want some time to honor my healing process and move forward in a good way.

Namaste lovelies!

Greetings all sacred beings!

Now here this, it is our time to shine, shine, shine! From our hearts we do shine, it's our task to outshine the sun! Shouldn't be too hard today as we only got up to 50˚ today! Nonetheless, there are moments where my own shining seems to be below 50˚, especially this past weekend. Oh no reason really. Just my brain getting in my way, this ever happen to you???

Hec, I get tired of that! Restless too! Oh is the life of escapism really worth it? Seems in my midst of personal ugh, it is tempting, but I stay away (sometimes) and focus on the tasks at hand.

I can hardly believe this month of March! At the end of the month I am to be moving in with my boyfriend, ca-razy! Back to the big city of Boise! That in itself will afford me with more cultural entertainment. Whoa, the boyfriend! yup, a new venture and as he says "at our age we can't afford to procrastinate!" Can't believe I finally met a man who is a raw foodie and wants to have kids! Wow! Thanks love!

The raw food workshop was a hit and I love everyone's feedback, which reminds me to task away with an official form for feedback! There is some talent I have there, suppose I ought to use it!

BSU is on board for graduation on Saturday May 15th, what can I say. The end of a journey almost 7 years this time around. I will be happy to explore what my life could be like without any intensive studying or training going on. That will give me reason to celebrate.

Quickie blog for ya, i hope everyone finds their joy and abundance this month!
Have a namaste!

So much, so much, so much happens in a week, a day, a moment. I continue to look for those moments of change as I keep holding the focus of how I want my life to be. Boy does the universe like to psych me out sometimes, sheesh!

Good news on the raw food front, got a workshop coming up Feb 27th and a better direction for my business. Another celebration is the YES commitment from a prominent restauranteur. His quick "Yes" to be a part of my team surprised me, the quickness not the yes. Thank you universe!

As of now my raw food business focus (post graduation) will be a portable certified packaging kitchen. Can you see where this is going? Packaged goodies and event concessions. Oh baby.
I am looking for  two things now 1.) a trailer that can be converted and installed with solar wiring with panels on top and a grey water system.  2.) an energy efficient vehicle to haul our happy trailer!  Anyone got leads on something to point me in this direction please speak up.

So exciting, isn't it.

And tomorrow, Sunday. We are building a small sweat lodge at my mom's place. The announcement of this building brought another friend forward who has a lonely lodge looking for a facilitator. Looks as if we can get back into the swing of our monthly community lodges. WooHoot!

See, moments of life, shift and change. The rest of my life seems to be flowing quite well now, so I think it is time to work on more flirting. ;o}

Peace

That has been my experience over the past month as I allow myself to be swept up in life.  Oh it's great, ain't it? LIFE! So many opportunities for growth, compassion, healing, joy, love,..... the list goes on and on and on!

I am so glad that many of my friends are joining  the raw food band wagon, woot woot. I love healthy~!

I am also in my last semester at BSU! oh my goddess can you feel the relief coming through, ahhhhhh..... Graduation is May 15th. I'm excited!

Well off to daily adventures of school

Today, Sunday, a day after my workshop event and two days before my completion of school for this semester. Ah Sunday. Stayed the night at some friends house in Boise last night. Our community  celebrated an upcoming new birth  last night and several folks encouraged me to stay the night and not commute back to Caldwell. Glad they did. I got to help welcome folks to the gathering, when I got tired off to sleep I went, and this morning I was fortunate to use their sauna, ahhhhhh. Warmth and no stress driving on snowy roads.:)

Our raw foods workshop yesterday went great and we received some great kudos and feedback. We  will definitely do this again and hopefully better. Little things can change to make the whole experience better. This was a great glimpse as to possibility  of a business for me. I had brought one of our raw food cheesecakes to the party as a gift for the host and hostess, wow did that go fast! Several folks mentioned when I am ready to step more into a raw food business there will  be support. Awesome to hear! Thank you!

Another friend surprised me by asking "what are you doing to reverse aging?" REALLY?! Well that's even better than Awesome! Sure made my week, Thanks Jean! All this enthusiasm and support from outside sources is wonderful. While in the sauna I was contemplating the more years I live the more love and support I experience. Therefore, at this point in my life I have not experienced this much love and support before. Just as three months from now, I can honestly say the same thing. I continue to open up to more and more and yippee and woohoo!

I met some new wonderful people yesterday and look forward to experiencing their new energies in my life. Ah the value and beauty of co-creating our lives, how can we not be excited?

One thing I am excited about.....okay two... I have raw food cheesecake AND tiramisu waiting for me in Caldwell, can you say scrumdillyiciousness? Yummmmmmmmm.

Crazy how time flies by, isn't it? Yet in my mind I have posted many tweets and several blogs, somehow they didn't make it to the electronica media model. oh well.

Just two weeks left of school, my last fall semester. Oh dang I am stoked about that! Looking forward to graduation and also having fears about making money. Can anyone relate to that?

I seem to be ending my semester the same way I entered it, with sniffles, sneezes and fatigue. I am so thankful for my neti pot, 1,000 g vitamin C, and Wellness Formula. The only other thing I would need is more sleep-I know many of you can relate to that one!

This next phase of my life is , as usual, exciting for me. It seems the raw food business is something our community wants and could support. REALLY?!? Here all this time I thought I was working away on my own health. hmm. I appreciate the enthusiasm surrounding raw foods, hec my own enthusiasm can only carry this business so far. It's your enthusiasm that excites me and inspires me. Keep up the joyful bliss of eating healthy yummy foods! Don't forget about our Un-Bake Sale on Dec 12th (see earlier blog).

It's exciting to think about not attending any formal authority of learning. I have been engaged in some education process for the past 20 years. I am so looking forward to discovering my life again. I know, I know, I've had my life this past 20 years and my earlier spiritual studies helped me define that more than a college education ever can. I am thankful for that! But what will my life be like without an assignment hanging over my head? Without an academia deadline? I will be subject to my own process of deadlines.  Considering my motivation that could be more work than school! ha ha.

Projects are on-going in life, at least in my life. I like that. I like making a difference. No more university means more opportunity and time to devote to my favorite causes. I have always been an earth warrior and will continue my efforts with the Middle Fork chapter of the Sierra Club. Money gets sent to animal organizations and projects expand and grow. It's so exciting to think about!

Consider this: What is your favorite project at this time? How does it make a difference in someone's life?

Go get joyful folks!

Greetings everyone, hope this week finds you all enthusiastic about gratitude. I am grateful to be teaming up with Dr. Jake Erickson to co-teach a nutrition and raw foods workshop on Dec 12th, 10 am - noon. Then at high noon we will have an Un-Bake Sale, all yummy healthy holiday goodies - raw food style of course! I think we'll be having pumpkin chocolate cheesecakes, the oh-so-popular chocolate macaroons, maybe a tirimisu, pecan fudge and more. Are you drooling yet? If you don't make it to the workshop come for the sale, yummmmm!

OH! I was hoping the flyer would show up for you, guess you'll have to download it! Let me know how it goes.

Sigh, I've made it to Saturday night. One more week to go before Thanksgiving break. Interesting thing about Thanksgiving it drives more people to consider what they are grateful for, and facebookers are posting daily gratitude bits. Personally, if one day in the year goes by that I have not expressed gratitude for something I am off my game. It's the blessing and recognition of gratefulness that allows us to step into the magic of connection. Me gusta mucha and therefore thank you, thank you, thank you as often as I can. :)

Right now in fact, I am grateful my internet connection is holding out long enough for me to type this blog live and hopefully publish it in one sitting. I am also grateful for my creative mind as I've been working on a flyer for a raw food workshop that I will be co-teaching on Saturday Dec 12th. My brain is alive with ideas on making this a successful event. hmmm, yumm.

I am grateful I can keep this blog short when my brain has been formulating blog topics all week.

Have a great Namaste!
